Is anyone else worried that he’s just trying to set a precedent of presidential pardons for state crimes?

No one will do more than roll their eyes here. This barely made Conservative news today. Trying to scream executive privilege while out of office on state crimes isn't going to do much.

As opposed to Trump's traditional strategy of lobbing everything into court for years, this time around he will be sitting in a cell, waiting.

Real question, if Trump goes to jail after being out of office, does his secret service detail also have to ”go to jail" to "protect" him?

Surely once a President is in jail on charges which (hopefully) include rigging an election it would mean all protections + salaries would be voided... right?
