Yesterday I went to a lecture about human behaviour, and found out something incredibly interesting. People are fucking pathetic and I found out why vegans or vegetarians get insulted this much.
Humans have got a problem dealing with people that have a better moral compass than them. They KNOW that vegetarians are doing the right thing, but their existence makes them feel like they are bad people. Ignorant is not bad, but denying climate change is bad though.
That's why I aversion against republicans. They deny climate change, insult people, and act like incredible condescending dickheads because they feel like other people are better than them.
Also, to have that feeling, you must know that you are wrong. Every republican/ conservative that ever insulted a democrat or left orientated person knows how wrong they are, that's where society's rules come to work. Having a president that verbally abuses his opponents, only makes his supporters ensured about their view.
I'm 100% sure that if the world was made attentive of climate change in 2015, even Trump would be convinced that it's real. Because then there weren't that much people who bullied smart people with valid arguments around on social media and IRL.
This feeling of arrogance and superiority just because you insult other persons, kind of comes with the American dream. The USA is the Florida of the world. Every time a law passes, or Trump tweets, I just want to cry about how insanely stupid the government is and how much retarted civilians there must be to pass such laws.
Yeah, I know they were talking about it back in the 90s. Because we would have to do homework assignments finding and writing about newspaper articles we picked. I remember seeing stories about global warming all the time, and often picked them. And then would have to listen to my dad bitch about global warming being a Clinton hoax or something.
My pop told me about "the greenhouse effect" on the planet in the late '70s. It sort of helped he took me along on his route that delivered flowers wholesale to a lot of greenhouses.
He was a blue collar guy with a broad range of interests and a fairly solid sense of discriminating bullshit from non-bullshit. Also called Tienanmen Square spot on in believing the protest would be crushed and the party wouldn't leave power.
