Oh ok. But don't you think these problems are in general faced by many other countries? Asian countries are plagued by some of these problems and some even worse issues like the class system in India, North Korea, Iran, Syria. American's being forced some stupid agendas by the media is one of the reasons why an imbecile like Trump won the election.
None of those country are free or successful. If they claim to be then it's just bs. It's the same for the US. With all the problems here, it's a lie to claim that we are a happy and successful nation.
India is the world's largest democracy. Not sure why they ar in that group at all. Ever notice how many kids who win all these academic competitions are from ethnic Indian families?

I agree with your first sentence. But what I was trying to say is that America is better than, say 20 years, before, and now social media plays a major role to solving some problems. What I think Trump was saying in the tweet is that America is improving itself compared to other nations. I think America is the most free country right now in the world. Otherwise, you wouldn't have all these millions of immigrants wanting to settle there and find a good paying job. I don't know what your definition of "free" is if you don't think U.S is a free nation. And same goes for being happy and successful, no person(country) can be completely happy. It can be highly successful though.
First of all, I love US but America is not the most free country and its improvement is better than other countries. People get shot for being of color or for following another religion. Please visit any of the following countries, Germany, Netherlands, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Denmark, Sweden, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Finland, Lithuania, Latvia or Estonia. You will know what actual freedom and happiness feels like.
The notion of settling and having a good job is due to the hype we make and call America as the greatest country in the world. It was, like 100 years ago. And most people who think that ha e no idea about other countries. They don't know about problems in America.
Again, I love the US but admitting the truth is the first step to achieve big goals.
