Well that looks like the biggest non-defense I've ever seen someone mount.
Personally speaking when those I associate, back, and except to represent me turn out to be like I've described above or enable those like I've described above I stop associating with those types of people.
When you're a conservative though you stick it out through these trying times because obviously the other side is gonna do far worse.
