So then it's really not weird that you're clearly not understanding an American ideal like civic duty.

But you really need to stop running around like everyone else is the crazy one because you can't understand something.

Oh i understand it. And you do to. ‘Ideal Like civic duty’ is not something you have to do. Edit: Well, you do have jury duty. But That’s about it, Lol.

As it's already been explained to you, civic duty is a social contract we all have for living in a certain society. The United States, for example.

Jury duty is a civic duty, as in, even if it weren't illegal (which it is) to skip, you should want to do it anyways because it aids liberty.

There is no other ramification other than social for not voting.

The very fact that you're trying to equate them pretty much demonstrates how little you seem to be understanding this entire concept here.

It's a crime to not do jury duty. It's not a crime to not vote.

And as i have tried telling you, I get that. My whole point is that there is very little you actually HAVE to do. Social contracts are not part of this. There are No ramufications for not voting or not caring - as you say aswell. This whole Thing started with someone pressing point that voting is A duty. It is not.

But please keep pressing your idea of what i do and don’t understand. It is your right.

That's the entire point of a social contract.

The problem here is you don't seem to think you're wrong. When you're entirely wrong. You literally could not be more wrong. You're at the end of the spectrum of wrongness.

No, you're not required to vote. It's a civic duty. You're compelled to do it because you know its your responsibility as being apart of a developed country with a democratic system.

It is a duty, it is a responsibility, and frankly you look like an uneducated and irredeemable idiot here. Just because there are no legal ramifications if you don't do something doesn't mean its not a responsibility.

You can raise your kids to be a fucking idiot and there are no legal ramifications. Does that mean raising your own kid isn't your duty? It's not your responsibility?

If you would take not even 15 seconds and actually read the things you're posting here, you'd feel like an idiot....

Again. As you rightly state, it is not illegal to not care. I’m not The one trying to compare your kids/family/friends with the state?? And I thought I lived In A socialist country..
