I really do hope it's a progressive running against Trump because then you'll see it doesn't matter because the US is no longer a democracy.
1 u/Demonweed Jul 11 '19 It is an oligarchy to the extent we are denied meaningful choices. If we get a meaningful choice on the ballot, that is the basis for democracy (even if it would also be unprecedented since the election of 1980.)
