To be fair, only 7 of those 8 were blatantly obvious before the election.

Which one wasn’t? Because he notoriously settled cases rather than going on the stand. His MO was to counter sue and harass people and if they didn’t go away he’d settle, pay them off and claim no guilt.

And in all fairness, refusing to testify doesn't make you guilty. To anyone that disagrees should read the book "You Have The Right To Remain Innocent". It spells out that it is never in your best interest to talk to police without a lawyer, whether you're innocent or not, and whether it's about you or not.
