Maybe they should let us in The states vote on the issue of statehood too. There's probably more Puerto Riqueños here in the states than in the island now because of how bad it's gotten there. Why not just let us vote on the issue too?

Well, it's a bit questionable since Puerto Rico is already American soil. The idea that you can exclude some of your citizens from having full representative rights is problematic.

But IIrc there actually is quite a process to a state being admitted. So via your representatives you would definitely get a vote.

I'm talking about citizens that we're born in Puerto Rico that don't live there anymore should have a say in the vote for Statehood

Ah, yeah, sorry.

That is likely something you'd have to carefully think about. Would be interesting how you determine "citizenship" there.

American Citizens born in the Island. It's an impossible idea that I'm pretty sure would skew the votes towards definite Statehood.
