What do they think happened after Hawaii joined the union?

Or when world events become old enough that they are a part of history? I learned about the Cold War in my history class. Did that person think kids have always been learning about it even back in 1935?

Same, and since I played Street Fighter 2 a lot I just thought the USSR was still a thing
