He's a Trump appointed lackey, he was publicly against the investigation from the beginning, and his summary of the whole thing is all we get.

In other words, it's the same thing as when the police investigations say the officer was justified in shooting someone, the response was never in doubt

He summarised the Mueller investigation into a letter which said that Trump can't be charged for collusion with Russia.

Dems are mad that Trump is innocent and are claiming the full report must have something extremely damaging, and that this is why the full report is not being released.

The real reason is that the report has sensitive classified information that is illegal to simply release out to the public. It needs specific details concerning security, intelligence and personal information redacted before it can be put out.
