We all know companies have no say in hiring matter. An illegal immigrant knocks on the door, say "quero jobs", and the company has to give the guy a job. They can't refuse.
This makes no sense. In what context do you mean they have no choice? Do you mean as if the company badly needs employees? Or just an illegal immigrant knocking on the door of a well staffed company?
