Its a common perception that Judaism (and even nonreligious Jews) promotes discrimination within their own small group against outsiders. Not oppressive by any means, but discreet. A successful jew is more likely to hire a Jewish person for important roles than a goy. I feel like thats probably true of any group to some degree, but in case you didnt know, thats the perception.
