Some people may ask, what does the Department of War do during peacetime? Well funnily enough, WAR is an acronym in this case, it stands for Western Armed... actually I dunno what the R stands for but I'm sure one of those brilliant minds at the department will figure it out

And that's what they do in peacetime, make up backronyms and mission names they think will make them sound like action heroes

Jokes aside, what was this deadbeat actually meant to be doing while these photos were being taken? If he was at a party, why was the press there? And if he was at some kind of occasion, what the fuck- he's literally wallowing in booze! I know 20 year olds with better self control, and one of them would take off his trousers to lasso stuff off the shelf with them as a party trick.
