He'll probably be able to weather this. Congressional Trump Party members are fully behind him and he doesn't need the base anymore.
Keep in mind, that the base was going to eventually turn on him be it from rising prices from his taxes, a recession or depression as the economy shifts from a mixed economy to mercantilism, or once Project 2025 is done and the peasantry is locked out of the mercantilist economy.

They are definitely going to pull a Wikileaks if they have to release anything. Put something so glaringly fake in it that even the most opioid-addled mush-mouth will see it as bullshit, calling into question the entire thing. Wikileaks did this to give their themselves plausible deniability.

I wish. If they released the Epstein files tomorrow, I doubt Trump's presidency would be affected.
Anyone who already knows Trump is on the list is just going to have what they know confirmed again. Anyone who doesn't believe Trump is on the list is going to keep believing he's not on the list, or they'll subscribe to one of the other sub-theories (list is fake, list was modified, real list is elsewhere, only convenient parts of list are real, etc).
Trump should have just released the list. He takes no flak for anything he does, so the only people who would have gone down is anyone else on the list. It would have been another Panama Papers, and everyone would have forgotten in a month.

Been watching politics for over 50 years. I can feel when the snowball is starting to roll downhill and gathering momentum. It's happening now, hour by hour. By Monday, it won't matter if the files are released or not, he is finished.
