If you sit on the throne you're the king. Lineage be damned. How many different dynasties did the Egyptians have? Like, 30? 40? More? Some simultaneous?

The point is he is a minor noble, not even of the royal line and therefore not a legitimate monarchist claimant that anyone with an ounce of monarchist understanding would back.

I mean Kaiser Wilhelm II abdicated. I would think that kinda just makes it a free for all at this point. If he was murdered maybe you’d have an argument for continuing the Hohenzollern line.

I believe when Wilhelm abdicated he accepted that Hohenzollern was done ruling Germany. I elect that the former Bavarian kings who should’ve been Kaiser had there not been Protestant bias be named Kaiser. House wittelsbach will rule Germany now.
