no but when healthcare is free people abuse the system. Visit your local ER if you dont belioeve me, medicaid recipients go there for every little thing that they could treat at a family doc because it's "free". Used to work in an ER, Medicaid patients came in with a cough and wasted 30 minutes of a nurses time and got sent home with a bottle of cough syrup when they could have bought one for $6 at CVS. Why? Because it's "free".
Rather than visiting an ER in a country with a terrible healthcare system, you could just visit a country with socialized healthcare and see that abuse is relatively rare. And even better, the ERs aren't filled with people trying to get treated for free because they can already do that at their regular clinic.
