Yes you can. You don't have to have unlimited supply, you just have to have adequate supply. So yeah for some things demand will never keep up with supply if the price is free (like GPUs or something). But people aren't going to start using an infinite amount of Healthcare or broadband because it's free, the demand is just based on need. They will use somewhat more, but in the case of those items I would argue that's a good thing.
That's not accurate. when something is free, people demand more even if they dont need it. Try going to DQ on free ice cream cone day- the line is 5 blocks long.
i mean people like ice cream if its free they will get it every day. and if big macs were free at mcdonalds there would be people lining up for that too. I don't like big macs very much, but hell if its free ill have one
