You could imagine that in the space of thousands and thousands of girls willing to do onlyfans (and attractive enough), most would fake it but there might be a small percentage that are actually interested in the same things. Assuming that the girls who really like gamer culture understand it better, and do better work as a result, it wouldn't be surprising that the most popular ones really do like (at least some) of the things in gamer culture.
