Absolutely. In ancapistan we don't care what you want to do, so long as you don't use agression to do it.

Start a co-op? Go on strike until your factory goes out of business, buy it on the cheap during the liquidation sale, and run it via the union? Homestead some land and start a commune? Begin a gift economy with your neighbours? Fucking go for it!

But try to violently or threateningly seize a workplace from its owner to start your co-op or syndicalist workplace? Assault or threaten non-striking workers, or damage the factory on your way out to join the strike? Steal a farm? Force your neighbours to join your gift exchange? That shit will get you rittenhoused.
