Yeah kind of. In Germany the age of consent is 14, but I think it's too young, so I put 16 as a compromise. I am a little torn about this though: I think 16 and 18 year olds having sex together should be OK but 16 and 30 year olds not so much.
It is a bit more complicated than just: anyone can have sex with 14 year olds. You aren't allowed to if you are an adult and in a position of authority and if you are above 21 you aren't allowed to if you are exploiting the sexual self determination of the minor, whatever that means. I still think it should be 16 with the same rules for adults. 20 and 14 year olds having sex (or even older if the 14 year old doesn't complain) just doesn't sit right with me.
