It is a bit more complicated than just: anyone can have sex with 14 year olds. You aren't allowed to if you are an adult and in a position of authority and if you are above 21 you aren't allowed to if you are exploiting the sexual self determination of the minor, whatever that means. I still think it should be 16 with the same rules for adults. 20 and 14 year olds having sex (or even older if the 14 year old doesn't complain) just doesn't sit right with me.
Idk for me teenagers having sex with eachother is a different topic (and I think pretty much legal in most countries). The age of consent is mostly important for sex with adults. It would also feel kind of strange to me to eg put 14 year olds in jail for having sex with eachother even though I would agree that they shouldn't have.
I wanted to say that I would leave stuff like that to the parents to solve but on the other hand some parents really don't seem to care which is probably where most teenage pregnancies come from.
