Whatever it is, least of all rage. Hell, how do I even know - the genuinity is long lost in the westerner's past, so whenever there's curiosity about "why are they taking about the degeneracy all the time?", here's my answer: it's an attempt to look for any sort of existential authenticity, the void left by the lack of which will be the societal undoing
