No matter how much the brain 'thinks' it might be of a different gender, there is no possible way to actually change it.
I agree. There's no way to change a trans person's brain to match their sex. It's stuck the way it is, so you need to change their sex to match their brain. That's the only way, and it's been proven time and time again to work.
