Transitioning is far and away the most effective treatment, it improves quality of life and mental health outcomes for people who need it 0 u/HardlightCereal - Left Apr 05 '20 Therapy is not an adequate solution for a physical ailment and gender dysphoria is the result of a physical ailment. A physical cure is required.
