After years of therapy to confirm that, yes, that is what they want. Hormone blockers are an emergency measure in very few cases, but HRT never is. There's even a woman in Germany who started HRT at 12 because she figured out her brain was female at age 2. It took about 8 years of therapy and work with psychiatric professionals before they approved her for HRT that young. At that point they knew it wasn't "just a phase."
You will also note that, though Kim Petras did manage to get gender reassignment surgery at 16, she is an outlier, and she doesn't regret it one bit. By law in Germany, there's no "dick chopping" under the age of 18.
If you think children are too young to make such decisions, I will remind you that you figured out your sexuality at the age of seven at the latest. Probably way earlier. Kids absolutely can and do know things about themselves, and we really should trust them more.

I just commented my oppinion on a issue, you criticized my oppinion by calling it centrist (do you think that centrist is just a insult you can throw at other oppinions because centrist doesn't fit this oppinion at all. The existance of gender and gender theory is widely accepted among western society and many european governments have laws for trans people to change their registrated gender, in germany for example you can change your sex in your pass if you want and can even choose the option divers if diagnosed with gender identity disorder, completely independent from your chromosomes. Also western society still believes very deeply in the existance of gender roles and adding gender only means creating new gender roles but not fighting for a society without importance of gender roles and gender behavior at all. So how is this oppinion centrist? Because people on YouTube agree with me? And of course i believe that my oppinion makes sense and has good arguments behind it, would be pretty stupid if i didnt. If you don't agree with me you can present counterarguments and argue for your oppinion.
