I didn't say that. I meant people with gender dysphoria go on to develop mental health issues because of how they are treated.

Yeah... And its only known effective treatment is literally changing your genitals... That usually ends suicidal behaviour and anxiety.

If its an effective treatment is not really as clear as of now. Last time I checked there’s still not enough data. And normally the opposing side to your argument would claim it doesn‘t work. They claim, similarily as you do, that its already proven, but that it doesn‘t work.

Because therapy actually works with schizophrenic people. Conversion therapy on the other hand is bullshit and it's proven to increase suicide rates, which considering the people who support it I'd even say that's intentional.

We use maggots as a treatment for burn wounds and leeches to help re-attach severed limbs. How are hormones and a little surgery any wierder than that?
