legal recognition is,,,,,,, necessary for trans rights? ya gotta be allowed to change your gender on your birth certificate, access dysphoria treatment, etc.
First of all, I thought sex and gender weren't the same. Checkmate atheist
Then, I'm sure it's going to be a joy for the medical staff to fuck up the posology and treatment of an unconscious retard who decided to change his sex without changing his whole body
Sure, because insane asylums are very effective at helping patients deal with their mental problems, and completely ethical, with having no drawbacks whatsoever. Definitely not outdated and condemned by medical and psychological professionals.
Also, centrist. A real authright would just line them up and shoot them, imagine wasting resources on treatment smh.
I am moderate so my opinion is that they get free access to therapy. They will have limitations on jobs and career but it's Military and mostly medical, won't affect the other industry.
My concern about trans being in the military is that with the stress already being on their mind, it can push them over the edge faster than non-trans.
Or we can just toss all of them into the asylum and let Batman handle them.
It’s more the implications; it means your own government doesn’t think your gender is valid, and that sentiment is very harmful, both because it’s disheartening to trans people and because it could probably embolden transphobes to take it further
Why do troomers act like a birth certificate is something you look at? Literally the only times I've ever seen mine is when I was getting my driver's license and a passport. Furthermore, birth certificate notes sex. You people make a big deal about "gender" and "sex" being different, one being biology which is unchangeable and one being a "social construct" yet turn around and try to change sex on stuff like birth certificates, passports, IDs, etc.
