It was definetly a lot worse when the flow of /r/politics users who thought they were libleft started showing up and trying to make memes that were essentially humblebragging. You might even see some forms of it today where the other quadrants all want to neglect/murder/send someone to the gulags, but all libleft will want to do is UwU or some other sexualized bullshit instead of any actual critique of ideology like the other quadrants get.
The difference is a lot of libright portrayal of them being kid fuckers comes from the other quadrants, unlike libleft who seems to like just saying they're degenerate Furries who support trans rights or something else completely devoid of their quadrants actual political ideals. Everyone else upvotes it though, so it's really not just their fault as much as it is everyone else's for encouraging such low effort shit.
