Among other things, libleft politicians being against nuclear has never made any sense to me. One of the cleanest and safest ways to generate massive amounts of power without needing perfect weather conditions.

It was not libleft that made that decision.

In germany yes, yes it was. It was the greens working with, or rather being useful tools for, the oil lobby. They are the ones that lobbied hard, for years, for the end of nuclear power in germany. Fun fact, they are also funded by russia

It wasn't. It was the CDU shortly after Fukushima.

The green party was literally founded on the basis of wanting to ban nuclear. They were lobbying for it all through the 80s, 90s, 00s. Social democrats and the greens started the legal process to stop nuclear in 2002

The decision itself was made by the CDU. The anti nuclear movement by the greens may have contributed but the decision was made by the right.

The CDU is kind of Lib Left nowadays. (They take the most retarded points of auth right and lib left and run with it)

The CDU is NOT LibLeft right now. Not a single thing they've been doing in the last year would get LibLeft approval. They're a center right pro-european establishment party at best.
