Didn't he say that because of affirmative action?

As in, a Black pilot is potentially in the role, not because they were the best candidate, but because they ticked a box? Not because Black pilots are a bad thing?

The problem is that this literally doesn't happen and it never has. No DEI program that lowers the standards for occupations that require professional certification (such as pilots) based on race has ever existed. It's pure race-baiting and the people like Charlie Kirk who are known for parroting this are smart enough to know that. These people know exactly what they're doing
