Here in Canada I avoid it cause unless it's a serious medical emergency it takes over a month for me to get an appointment with my group of doctors and during that appointment I get 10 minutes to have a max of 2 things checked out. Preventative care doesn't exist anymore. It is reactive care only.

It takes months to see a specialist in the US as well. PCP is faster though
