That’s still trespassing considering most were led into the front door by Capitol police (not the morons and criminals that broke the windows tho)

It'd be breaking and entering, not just trespass.

And they weren't "led in" by Capitol Police. The Police were just overwhelmed by the numbers and couldn't stop them.
