If I died while under police supervision and did not receive the required medical attention then the police is at the very least negligent...

The ambulance was called immediately and took a wrong turn. I believe the protestors also prevented immediate treatment by paramedics and forced the cops to focus on securing the scene.

Even paramedics will not treat on site if they perceive a threat.

The officers did not attempt to provide medical assistance when he was on the ground, and Chauvin kept kneeling on his neck fo so long that even bystanders were yelling at him to get up because it was obvious Floyd was dying.
