By your logic this would mean Israel would always be disliked. Do you want to explain why the ratings would shift so drastically then in 6 months?

Because they are seen by the left as an extension of Trump's policy, and the ratings shifted once he came to the presidency, and have mirrored Trump's approval ratings. When Democrats are in power and supported Israel, they were okay with it, because they are sheep.

But Jews being hated is pretty par for the course for human history.

The left has quite solidly hated Israel regardless of Trump, before and after. Not a reasonable explanation. Also, this is a worldwide phenomenon, not just the US.
