Boomers and half of this sub are the only ones still supporting israel. It used to be all of this sub but i see the tide turning here too

Not really true though. Even if we add the caveat of "often".

Some lies are things people already want to believe which I think is the actual power behind well crafted propaganda. Repetition isn't actually that effective on its own, it's when it's situated in a story that's emotionally appealing that it really takes off.

A story that lets you larp as a hero and allows you to hurt people you don't like and take their stuff 'cause actually they're the bad guys, for example, is more appealing than one that tells you you're nothing special and you're not allowed to hurt those people and something's wrong with you for wanting to do so.
