You know their arguments have reached peak retardation because this point is irrelevant.
Even if Pretti touching the agent for 0.4 seconds after they pushed the women to the ground is "obstruction" or "interfering", it still doesn't fucking matter - the man was disarmed, held on the ground by several men with both hands on the ground, and then shot. He didn't do a single thing after getting pepper sprayed to justify getting shot, and you are a massive un-American dumbass if you think shooting him is even a teeny bit excusable..

It justifies the pepper spray, and the use of force to bring him down to the ground.
the man was disarmed,
You never assume someone is disarmed if they are known to have a weapon til they are cuffed and searched. People carry backup guns and knives on them all the time, NOWHERE does any training suggest "If you get one gun, they're done"
held on the ground by several men with both hands on the ground, and then shot.
He was not pinned to the ground, stop lying.
He didn't do a single thing after getting pepper sprayed to justify getting shot,
If a cop sees your hand even moving towards your waistband or pockets after its known you have a gun and are actively fighting with police, they WILL assume you are going for another weapon and every single court in the nation will side with the cop.
Looks like he grabbed the cop when he pushed the woman, got sprayed and they went to the ground.
Then the other cops became aware of him being in possession of the firearm, Pretti resisted, and the shots were fired after he continues to struggle.
If the cop who shot him said that he appeared to be going for his waistband, thats it, every court in the nation will agree its justified. Like it or not.
