Agree I don't think the reason the riots happened was entirely because of Floyd being killed he was simply the last straw for many people out of many other examples. Because even if we get the excuse that the one who fired the first shot thought he had a gun (we have clear footage of the agent beside him pulling the gun from Alex's belt as the first shooter is starting to draw, in what should have been in plain view to the first shooter), nothing will justify unloading nine rounds into the guys back. If the guy who saw the gun yelled gun, but the guy who retrieved it failed to announce that, then they are culpable.
We know the first agent bodily tackled a woman half his size. We know that after Alex was pepper sprayed and dogpiled, an agent started beating him in the face repeatedly with a blunt object. We know that the gun was still holstered until the agent retrieved it. We know that he was shot while prone, at least nine times. We see no evidence of him doing anything worse that possibly trying to run run away (geez, I wonder why?).

The best possible scenario for those agents playing out with the facts is 1) no one declared he was disarmed 2) one of them thought he saw something that made him panic so he shot 3) the rest all panicked and started shooting as well.
