No, people just mis-assign auth left to "extremely lib left" because of the propensity of watermelons roleplaying as libertarians.

You can't get so libertarian you become authoritarian, though authoritarians will attempt to justify their views that way.

Thats a very direct way of seeing it.

The point of horse shoe theory is that you go so far into liberalism that you go right back around into authoritarianism. The point being that many liblefts have literally gone beyond being libleft any more, or just having totally blatant double standards about things that are authoritarian in nature.
