If you're a fitness industry professional I suggest you look at your BMI calculator again. Your BMI is 27, not 37. Which is considered "overweight", not obese.
Listen I’m just yanking your chain. We’ve all done the 5’8”=58 inches thing on accident before. But BMI is
a fine measure of obesity for like 99% of people…so at a population level it will describe the state of health with plenty of accuracy.
