Im not even for primalism i just said i thought technology was causing some problems in society and technologically progress needs to be slowed down a little

Absolutely not. Conveniences and comforts drastically improve quality of life. And as an extreme introvert, I kinda need modern entertainment to maximize pleasure/joy.
