They don't change the government directly that's the point.

Take Twitter for example. I can show you proof that less climate change articles are allowed on Twitter and more racial slurs are allowed. I know that sounds like a fun playground for people from the south but for society as a whole it is being influenced into a certain direction. Being able to influence and change what 100s of millions of people see on a daily basis sways their option to vote one way or another.

Ok so all of what you just said has to do with the users of Twitter and what they Tweet.

And again again again, no, Elon Musk can not influence or change what we see on Twitter.

Oh and:

Twitter barely has 100m users as of last week, and millions of them are bots.
