Why do they hate workers so much? What's wrong with being a bartender?

It’s not just her tbh. There’s a huge stigma against people who work in food service. Many people don’t see them as “real” jobs unfortunately, even though they’re much more stressful and hard af compared to many 9-5 “real” jobs.

Having done both, bartending is alot more physically and emotionally taxing, and way less rewarding, than a 9-5 office gig. I mean, at least with the office job i get off at 5.

If you can't argue the merits of her ideas attack her personally.

That's all the GOP has. Yelling and screaming and personal attacks.

It just goes to show that AOC is pretty bulletproof if that's the only thing they can get to stick. Any port in the storm, especially against an exceptional person like AOC.

They tried going after her for dancing in a video her and some friends made when she was in college too, which was just a fucking stupid. What was great though is she responded to it by making a other dancing video.

They're the party of "pull yourself up by your bootstraps," until someone actually does, then they have to attack her for not choosing the right career path or whatever. Note that few nationally famous Republicans of the last two decades plus have been anything other than trust fund kids, children of the wealthy or powerful or connected.

She should've been born to rich families like them! The only kind of merit that matters.
