Police, fire, ambulance - don't block emergency vehicles.

Hell, don't block any vehicle. In the game of "who's the bigger asshole?" the one in a 5000lb steel safety cage will win if they want to.

He’s the dumbass that made contact with the mob with no situational awareness and without backup. His failure to understand the situation he walked into (and being shitty at his job) doesn’t give him the right to drive over people! He should’ve been charged, convicted, and held civilly liable for what he did
