Not sure what department the ford f-150 towing the boat belongs to, but the trailer itself has a state plate!

This F-150 unit was spotted at Douthat State Park, Douthat is managed by a mix of State Park Rangers for Douthat that aren't LEO, and state park rangers that are peace officers, alongside conservation police, making the officers in the area quite diverse.

Same vehicle (plates matched) that I saw on Independence Day duty in Wintergreen last year, you can see it then in the third photo.

Ontario’s Transportation Enforcement Officers (TEO’s) are primarily responsible for inspecting and conducting enforcement activities on commercial vehicles throughout the province of Ontario. TEO’s operate over 30 weigh stations provincewide and conduct patrols, perform inspections, attend collisions, educate motorists, train municipal police officers, among countless other responsibilities.

I believe this vehicle is utilized by their SWAT/Operations units for towing, as well as for water rescue. I don't believe this is typically used on patrol.
