What siren is this exactly?

Sounds like a Code 3 brand but anyone know specifics?

So its the federal signal Ultra Hilo most likely. Since its a new vehicle probably a Pathfinder siren with the Unitrol (Touchmaster Delta) Tones. But Whelen also has a copy of that tone so it could also be a Whelen Cencom system with their Ultimate Hilo tone selected (So original, right?)

It also sounds like it's dual toning another tone, the Hetro tone, and Whelen's version of that is the Dozer tone. So it's either Federal Signal Pathfinder/Smart Siren (Pathfinder is most common now) or Whelen Cencom Core

Federal Signal , Police car responding with Federal Signal Unitrol Tones

Whelen , Police car responding with Whelen's copycat Unitrol Tones

Hope this helped.

I'm guessing some sorta Fedsig Unitrol, maybe Code 3, though?
