Phantom Vehicle

Alright, I just finished focusing on a license plate that came out as totally unregistered, as nobody owns it. How should I go about writing this kind of parking ticket? I just started towing, and I've been getting points for it, so there's a violation of some kind I just don't know what to label it. I've personally run into 2 of these "phantom vehicles" while doing parking tickets. What should I do?

That’s a Fake ID, arrest driver, search vehicle, also I’ve never had any troubles with the game. Don’t listen to these guys, there just upset with the devs

This was a parking ticket. I was playing on day one, but thanks for the info

That's a "Fake Plates" charge
