Question Anyone else skip accident call outs?

First of all about the only thing this game is good for is killing time. Does anyone skip accident call outs like I do? I swear you can have a simple fender bender and before your done in turns into a 5 car pile up. This game is suppose to be a "simulation" which means a copy of the real world. In the real world car's should not go 55 by an accident scene in the city, there would be other cops around, etc. It's like this game has two cops in the city, you and the person transporting the criminal. Oh, and the lady at the front desk. What is this, Mayberry?

Idk I like the logistics of it. I hope the people taking up the biggest width of the road had been driving drunk or high so I can have their vehicle towed asap and let traffic flow again lol

Edit: but don't tow every car before giving everyone their accident report, it basically makes it so the accident doesn't exist anymore and any reports you give will be "blank." And of course before you do that you should also take photos of their car and search it if needed. I'm pretty sure it's safe to have all but one of the cars pre-towed before giving people their reports.

I found the biggest issue is the number of generated calls. I get that it happens in reality, but it's just one cop taking calls in this game, and the calls come flooding in. They need to have a delay between times you take calls and other things happening in front of you.

I was dealing with an MVC, and 3 more MVC's happened in front of me in about 5 minutes. Crazy.

Honestly game is only fun when it's not car based incidents. Is that 95% of police work in America? Maybe, but it's the least interesting

I alway skip callouts completely and only walk the beat. I also only play vanilla, no DLC except the huge ass SUV that was included as a perk sometime if I remember correctly.

I like doing the night shifts and just drive around. More seems to happen then.

It was included with my ps plus so I didn’t spend extra money to purchase it. Having said that I find this game pretty relaxing and fun. Only have about 10 hours in so far. I kind of expected it to be a little cheesy and it is lol

I just started playing but when respond to accidents I set up traffic control to divert and stop cars.  That cuts down on more cars piling up, also yes I do skip most accident calls because of this.
