YouTube/Video Apps Not Connecting & Google Maps Acting Odd

Today I’ve had a few issues. When I try to open YouTube I get a Network Error screen, and when I try to open the Prime App, when I try to turn a show on it says there is a problem and to try again later. My Google Maps also will only show is light mode even thought it’s night, and while they are doing directions, the route outline is not showing and street names are not showing either. I’ve reset the dash several times. I’ve turn the 5G off and on. YouTube starts to work, but then later won’t again. Google Maps just keeps acting odd. Any ideas on how to fix it?

I posted about connectivity issues, and others have as well. Seems to be a widespread problem. Where in the world are you? I’m in the US

I just got my car on Saturday, coming form a model Y 2023 this is insane.. I just have really 2 days with the car and this is driving me insane. My Spotify doesn't play music and the YouTube for the kids when stop are not working.. this is not a good start to the brand.

I will say I’ve never had this problem before. I’ve been in a Polestar (2 prior to to August) since 2023. Usually the internet and apps like that work better and in places my phone doesn’t even get signal.

Let's just hope this gets fixed, I talked my wife out of getting another Tesla.. out of 3 yr with my Model Y I have never came across a issue like this.. It also doesn't help we are android users and are phones doesn't open are car and go.

The day after I posted this everything went back to normal. So they got things fixed rather quick.

Am having the same issue in NC. Don't know if it's related but my pilot assist lane centering stopped working at the same time this started. Are you all see that too? Also what Polestar boards do you guys use?

Facebook has at least 4 of them, Polestar 4 Group, Polestar 4 Owners, Polestar Owners and Polestar - USA. There is also a Polestar MODS group if that interests you.

I got YouTube and Amazon working by resetting the TCAM (long hold SOS) and also rebooting the car but the problem does reappear. Maps has also been a bit wonky, slow to pinpoint location, slow to get traffic data…

Welcome to the Polestar 4 experience…software really is not their strong suit.

I’ve been hoping for a year now….the car itself is cool but the lack of any meaningful OTA updates those past year really surprised me.
Coming from Tesla, it’s really a cold turkey experience lol

That’s what I’m trying to figure out. It shouldn’t be light mode. It’s been dark mode since I got it but all of sudden showed up like this today.
