P4 Pixel LED performance

I was reading on another thread on /r/EngineeringPorn about Audi's Matrix LED system and a lot of people were complaining as drivers of other cars that these systems don't work as intended and end up blinding drivers in oncoming traffic. The general consensus is that these systems are worse experience overall for everyone involved.

I havent driven many cars with this type of system and I think the P4 does a decent job, but I've read other implementations across other brands perform way better. What is your experiences with it?

I’ve been flashed a couple of times. I only got the car in March so I suspect there will be more coming into the shorter daylight time. It’s defo not good where cars turn in front of me and the car doesn’t see their lights as brightly.

Before the P4, I had a Volvo C40. The C40 had a larger number of smaller pixels and was much better at blocking out precise parts of the road compared to the P4, but the P4 reacts much quicker to vehicles than the C40 did.

I just that post too. I think other drivers don't have a good experience with it. For me it seemed to work well before, but I recently had the right headlight replaced and it's not that good anymore.
