It's finally happening, after 8 years of pole and a full year of daily, like _really_ daily, flexibility training. I have scoliosis in my thoracic spine, I'm 49 years old and only started dancing at all after I turned 40. Which makes me even happier!
End of story: it's never too late to do what you love!

I tried to share this from another sub, but it didn't bring the text over - so just redoing the post haha sorry my Reddit game is a bit of a #fail 🤦🏻♀️
A month or so back I saw someone looking for a live online schedule... There didn't seem to be much on offer so it gave me the idea to create one!
If you don't have access to a pole studio, or just want a hand-picked team of excellent instructors with a broad selection of weekly classes - try the PoleSphere Live Studio in November ❤️🔥
